Squamish XTC race course designer Jen Segger has put together a special training package to get YOU ready for the Squamish course by the time that September rolls around. Don’t delay your preparation – the course is going to be awesome and you will enjoy it that much more if you are fit and ready come race day! The XTC might be your sole focus for 2009 OR it might be one of several races that you have in mind for this year. Either way, your training program is customized to you with your individual goals in mind.
The XTC Training Package Includes:
- Customized monthly training program (detailing duration, volume and intensity for each workout, each day of the week) - Sport Specific Strength Training Program - Planned recovery days and x-training workouts - Unlimited email communication with Jen - Review of athlete on-line training log on a bi-weekly basis - Continuous monitoring of performance
- Assistance with other race selections and goals for the season - Pre and post-race phone consultation(if desired)

FREE Registration to the Squamish XTC Training Camps!!!! There will be 3 separate XTC Clinics held prior to the race day. Each camp will be coached by Jen and we will be training on the exact race course! Learn how to tackle the climbs, rip the down hills and prepare mentally for race day! Swim/Bike/Run – it’s yours to challenge!!!! In addition, thanks to the XTC group, you will receive a $10 discount off your race entry.
Each clinic will have a registration fee of $99/person but as a client of Jen’s, this is included in your training!
