XTC REGISTRATION

2010 XTC SQUAMISH - Cancelled
We are trying something new for 2010! Instead of t-shirts this year we are going to do a stainless steel water bottle. It will be logo'd with XTC to give you bragging rights that you raced the XTC Squamish event. Like race t-shirts in the past, these will be available while quantities last so register early to make sure you get this year's race souvenir. We have to purchase these early and therefore we have to guess on how many registrations we will have. We can't afford to buy more than we think we will need, therefore if you wait till the last couple of weeks to register you risk not getting a souvenir.
ONLINE REGISTRATION	(Closes June 23rd at NOON!) - There is a fee associated with registering online. Credit cards can only be processed online.
REGISTER NOW! - Don't forget that if you are not a Tri BC or ATA member you have to pay the one day mandatory race insurance fee that Tri BC charges.

You will be able to register at package pickup on Wednesday, June 23rd at North Shore Athletics from 4:30 - 6:00pm, or on Friday, June 25th from 5pm to 7pm. There is VERY LIMITED REGISTRATION on race day from 7am - 7:45am. Please, we encourage you to register before Saturday. Don't forget fees go up on Saturday as well!

Full Individual Triathlon & Duathlon - $80.00 Half Individual Triathlon & Duathlon - $59.00 Full Team Triathlon (2 people) - $129.00 Full Team Triathlon (3 people) - $144.00 Half Team Triathlon (2 people) - $86.00 Half Team Triathlon (3 people) - $114.00 NOTE!!! Rate increase for 2010. Due to increased cost in hosting the XTC event, we had to raise our costs. XTC Squamish: $10 individual / $15 team price increase May 24th for XTC Squamish and $10 individual / $15 team price increase for registration on June 26th. Participants signing up late may not receive complete race packages and/or commemorative souvenirs (this means you may not get this years stainless steel water bottle!). Triathlon BC charges a one fee for race day insurance if you do not hold a current Triathlon BC or Alberta Triathlon Association Membership. Here are there costs: $15 per non-Triathlon BC member Adults $5 per non-Triathlon BC member Juniors (ages 16-19 years) $6 per non-Triathlon BC member of Relay teams All registrations include: A great race! Registration Notes: 1) All racers must sign a waiver before you can race. 2) If you cannot race due to medical reasons (a doctor’s letter is required), a 50% refund will be given up to ONE MONTH prior to the race. No refunds will be given within one MONTH of the race. Refunds will ONLY be given to the injured person. NO EXCEPTIONS. NON-TRANSFERABLE. 3) No refunds, cancellations or rollovers will be accepted on any other registration. Please do not ask.
